About Me


 My name is Diana (She,Her). I was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM.  As a sensitive person, who has experienced trauma, I have often found it difficult to keep up with the 'societal hustle' for long before burning out. Thankfully, therapy, yoga, movement, and meditative practices have made it possible for me to slow down, listen to my body, cultivate calm, authentic, and joyful experiences. I have learned that I may not be able to control life’s ups, downs, and unexpected circumstances, but by practicing movement, meditation, and yoga I can learn to find the calm, ride the surge, or ground through the experiences and emotions.

I have been blessed with many people who continue to support me and I am grateful for the opportunity to give back. I hope that what I can offer will be beneficial to your needs and goals. Send me a message.🙂

Five 45 minute pranayama and breath work classes in person or on Zoom. (does not include Asana).


Five 75 minute classes in person or on Zoom. All materials provided for in person sessions.
